CHEZ LITTLE ITALY

ENGLISH VERSION :

Since I gave in to the restaurant scene again, there’s no stopping me! A few days ago, I decided to go to a restaurant recommended by my sister: Little Italy. Located on the Place de Clichy, this Italian restaurant with an atypical decoration – and whose marketing very “close to the customers, I’m on first-name terms with you on the menu even though we don’t know each other” is not really to my taste – has nevertheless managed to convince me by the lure of the stomach. Because yes, we have to admit that we were victims of a gargantuan feast.

Installed on a swing on the terrace for the aperitif, we sipped our cocktail while waiting to enter the restaurant and then in the heart of the matter: the choice of our pizza. Because what could be more original than ordering a pizza in an Italian restaurant whose vast culinary culture offers much more than a piece of dough with cheese on it, I ask you?

Surrounded by an atmosphere of parmesan cheese wheels and a sweet smell of wood fire, we lactose addicts couldn’t resist the call of melted cheese for long.

We couldn’t choose between diabetes and cholesterol, so we opted for both, so as not to make anyone jealous. My sister and I shared our pizzas: one with burrata, the other with truffle and believe me, we are still dreaming about it. Even though the burrata was good, I must admit that I prefer the truffle pizza, which I had a hard time finishing.

In short, an evening in good company and a new address that I recommend to you 100% whether you are like us a pizza fan or not, trust me, they are worth it!
