Once again, I’m back this weekend with a simple and delicious article to share with you to enjoy your Sunday. You know my passion for making all kinds of muffins and this new recipe is no exception. To start, you will need:
120g flour
60g almond powder
200g sugar
200g of chocolate
60g of salted butter
3 whole eggs
Once your chocolate is well melted, add the melted butter. Mix everything together and add the dry ingredients (flour, sugar and almond powder). Make sure the mixture is cold enough before breaking in the eggs.
Once the mixture is homogeneous, you can proceed to the molding. Make sure that each mold is only 3/4 full so that they all have the same capacity. After letting your oven preheat to 180°C maximum, you can put your muffins in the oven and let them cook for 25 minutes.
Finally, wait a few minutes for them to cool down before unmolding them. This will keep them in perfect shape and make them ready to serve!
