ENGLISH VERSION :
It had been a while since I had cracked my thong while shopping and I must say that, for this time, it made me a crazy good! I’ve been trying desperately for months to clean out my closets, but I finally gave in to temptation this weekend.
I started my tour at Action. If you’ve been reading the blog for a while, you know that this little escapade in the land of ultra discount is not a first (discover it right here). I have however for this time being more than reasonable. I fell for this charming little rattan table for the modest sum of 27 euros. And the rest are repeats of what I usually buy: face masks and a new towel for the hair, very practical when you want to dry your mane while leaving a moisturizing mask to overcome the Sunday night blues “in cocooning mode”.
Always trying to stay reasonable, I still took a look at the labels and tried to find some good deals. And it wasn’t too hard to stick with it…
Without having any idea, even though I subscribe to their newsletter that – like all newlsetters – I never read, I went to Marques Avenue on the Ile-Saint-Denis where I discovered with an undisguised enthusiasm that this weekend was the 3J of the Galeries Lafayettes and that obviously, this brand was not the only one to offer unbeatable prices.

Always trying to stay reasonable, I still took a look at the labels and tried to find some good deals. And it wasn’t too hard to stick with it…
So, first, I took advantage of a 30% discount on these two items which cost me a total of 50 euros (note that the dress and the shorts were already 48 and 24 euros respectively). After I bought these two adorable pieces that, as you may have noticed, do not reflect my obsession with daisies, I went to Mango, where I hadn’t bought anything in probably two years (or more!).
Indeed, I haven’t told you about it yet on the blog, but I have almost stopped buying new clothes from fast fashion stores for quite some time now.
In order to limit my consumption and especially to reduce my impact on the environment, I now try to buy second hand clothes as often as possible.
That’s why you’ll often see in my Daily Looks outfits mostly found on Vinted.
Anyway! Coming back to our sheep, I went to Mango to look for a new pair of jeans to replace one of mine that is currently on its last legs. As I was leaving the fitting rooms, one of the saleswomen confirmed that each pair of jeans had an extra discount on the original price. So I paid 33 euros for two perfectly cut jeans!
In short, it was a beautiful morning spent shopping! I’ll take this opportunity to share my Vinted account with you in case you feel like doing some shopping yourself.
