IN MY LIFE MIND & SOUL

Dear friends, here I am back after two weeks of absence. For those who would not have followed, the server that hosted Paris my Dear has not been very cooperative these last ten days, that’s why I could not share with you my second episode of the Journal de Bord.

But now that everything is in order, I can finally sit back down at my keyboard to tell you about my latest adventures!

These last two weeks have been rich in learning. I had the joy of leaving the production office, where I had worked the first week on the fitting of the extras’ hairstyles and costumes, to spend a few days in the middle of nature, on the set of the filming that was taking place at the castle of Colpach. One watchword: keep your feet up so you don’t get tangled in the miles of cables used for the set.

In short: wake up at 4:30am to be at 6am on the set and start shooting at 8am. The days might have seemed long but the rhythm was so intense that I didn’t see the time go by.

You know my love for food, it was impossible for me to miss the 10am breakfast break. After a black coffee and a good dose of sugar every morning, we had an appointment in an old theater located right next to the set to fill up with scrambled eggs with bacon and then follow with the reception of the extras to install them at the HMC (Dressing – Makeup – Hairdressing).

As I mentioned in my previous article, for confidentiality reasons, I unfortunately cannot share with you the sets and costumes in detail. Nevertheless, I took the opportunity to take a few shots of different pieces, some of which were used during the shooting.

I hope that you will have liked these few news. I look forward to telling you more next week…
